Viewing
For your convenience we have a viewing day prior to the sale
1pm – 6pm and viewing day of the sale 9am – 11am.
Bid in Person
To bid at the auction please register on the viewing or sale day.
Absentee/Commission Bidding
If you are unable to attend the sale you can leave a commission bid by handing in a completed Bidding Form or forward your bids via e-mail info@dj-auctions.co.uk, up to one hour prior to the sale starting.
Your bid will be executed on your behalf as cheaply as possible bearing in mind any reserve price and other bids.
Telephone Bidding
We are happy to arrange telephone bidding where the low estimate exceeds £100, however such bidders must be known to us and arrangements must be made by the close of viewing the day before the sale.
Live Online Bidding
For your convenience Internet bidding is also available on some occasions via www.the-saleroom.com and www.liveauctioneers.com , for this service there is a charge of 3% of the hammer price. If you wish to bid online you are required to register with these providers.
Condition Reports
We are pleased to give condition reports on lots where practicable but encourage bidders to satisfy themselves on authenticity and condition.
Buyers Premium
Each lot is subject to a buyer's premium of 15%.
Payment and Clearance
Payment for all lots is due immediately after the sale. We accept debit cards, cheques with guarantee card by prior arrangement, credit cards subject to 2.5% surcharge.
Packing and Shipping
At an extra charge, packing and shipping can be arranged for small items (subject to a minimum charge of £10), please enquire about full costs when paying your account. For large or difficult/odd shaped items your own arrangements for collection must be made.

Free Valuation
We give free pre sale valuations on all Toys brought to our saleroom.
Reserve Price
We are happy to accept a reserve price by agreement; however, we recommend that any such minimum reserve be subject to Auctioneers 10% discretion.
Before the Sale
We encourage customers to come along and view the sale.
Settlement
Cheques are sent out within two weeks of the sale. Certain proceeds can be collected by previous arrangement.
Charges
All sold lots are subject to 15% of the hammer price.
